How to program your sign using your back up rsps file

Your video / receiving card is the only component in your LED Sign that is not plug-and-play. If your video card fails, we usually require that you schedule a support session so we can program your new card for you. However, if you have a copy of your backup file, you can lower your repair cost by uploading the file yourself. Here are the steps to upload your .rsps file and restore your led sign running XM Player.

Step 1) Launch XM Player and select "Setup."

Step 2) Select the first option, "LED Screen Parameter Settings."

Step 3) Enter the password "168"

Step 4) Once the setup page loads, you should see your player in the top left corner. If not, select Refresh to search for the player. Check the box next to search "Arm9 LED Controller" and click "OK."

Step 6) Once the player loads, you will have the option to import the file.

After importing the file, click Send all parameters at the bottom of the page.
