Stage 2: Quote Context & Preliminary Review
🔹 Objective: Provide additional context and insights on the customer's quote request before direct communication.
🔹 Timeframe: 30 minutes per lead (excluding follow-up call).
🔹 Status Change: Once complete, update the deal status to "Quote Sent."
🔹 Next Step (Hint at Stage 3): A same-day follow-up call will be made to check if they have time to review the quote together.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Review the Customer’s Site on Google Street View
- Look up the customer's address.
- Take a screenshot of their existing signage or installation location.
- If no sign is visible, capture a wide-angle view of the property.
2. Create a 'Work in Progress' Blog Post
Category: Work in Progress
Template: Project_Page_V3
Content to Include:
- Project Overview (Business type, sign request, installation considerations).
- Screenshot of Their Site.
- Quote Table (Pricing breakdown, sign features, potential upgrade suggestions).
- Included Benefits (Warranty, software, training, installation details).

Any Available Promotions (Including the deadline to take advantage).
3. Generate the Quote
- Use the internal quoting system to create a structured quote.
- Ensure the table includes:
- Recommended sign details (size, resolution, brightness).
- Any available promotional discounts.
- Warranty & support information.
- Save the quote as a shareable link or PDF.
4. Send the Email to the Customer
- Use the pre-defined email template.
- Insert the blog post link for context.
- Subject: Your LED Sign Quote – Next Steps & Project Insights
- The email should:
- Confirm receipt of their quote request.
- Provide a link to the blog post with project details.
- Encourage them to review the quote.
- Highlight any limited-time promotions.
- (Hint for Next Step): Let them know you will follow up with a quick call to check if they have any questions.
5. Update the Deal Status to "Quote Sent"
- CRM Update: Change status from New Inquiry → Quote Sent.
- Ensure the quote and blog link are logged in the 'Deals' section.
- Schedule the Stage 3 follow-up call for later the same day.

✔️ During the call, we will briefly confirm receipt of the quote and check if the customer has time to review it together.
