Initial Assembly and Frame Preparation

Frame Construction with Aligned Holes

The construction of the supporting frame is equally critical. Donato, following our recommended installation guidelines, welded the frame ensuring that the holes on the frame aligned exactly with those on the LED sign modules.

This precise alignment is key to facilitating a seamless and secure connection between the sign and its supporting structure, allowing for easy bolting of the sign to the frame.

 

Secure Mounting and Wiring

Mounting the Sign Securely: Leveraging a bucket truck, Donato lifted and accurately placed the LED sign within the pre-aligned frame on the wall. The precise alignment of holes between the sign and the frame from the previous steps simplified this process. The sign could now be bolted securely without requiring additional adjustments.

Detailed Wiring Process:

Donato then continued by wiring the sign, connecting power and signal cables as guided by the previously detailed instructions.

The precision in the initial assembly and frame construction steps ensured that cables could be easily routed through the aligned holes, minimizing the risk of damage or interference during this critical stage.
