Section 6.6: Signs

6.6.1 General Requirements

  • All signs shall be designed, constructed, and maintained in a safe manner.

  • No sign shall create a traffic hazard, obscure traffic signals, or interfere with pedestrian or vehicle safety.

6.6.2 Prohibited Signs

  • Animated or moving signs, including flashing, blinking, or scrolling signs, are prohibited.
