LSC2073: Frame and Shroud for Single Sided LED Sign
1) Project Summary
Fabricate a complete single-pole angular support system for one 3' × 5' double-sided outdoor LED display.
- Easy-access back cover for servicing
- Ventilation openings on the sides and back
- Pre-drilled holes to accommodate the ambient light sensor, mounted from inside the cabinet
- Anti-vandal secured antenna cage mounted on the exterior rear of the sign, with the cable routed from the back of the sign and easily unclipped for maintenance

The LED cabinet includes factory-installed mounting brackets that shall be used to secure the display to the fabricated support frame.

3) Bid Required
Please submit an itemized quotation covering the complete scope of work below. The quotation shall include all labor, materials, fabrication, engineering, assembly, finishing, packaging, and shipping required to deliver the completed sign assembly.
- Fabricate the direct-burial steel pole in accordance with engineered drawings.
- Provide stamped structural engineering drawings for the pole foundation, including embedment depth, pole size, material specifications, and structural calculations
- Fabricate the complete angular support frame to support the supplied single-sided LED display.
- Mount the supplied LED display into the fabricated frame
- Fabricate and install the rear service door.
- Fabricate and install the perforated full-wrap trim cover (shroud).
- Fabricate decorative pole covers.
- Fabricate and install the vandal-resistant antenna cage.
- Provide mounting provisions for the ambient light sensor.
- Complete final assembly of the frame, pole, trim covers, antenna cage, and LED display.
- Package the completed assembly for shipment.
- Deliver the completed assembly to the installation site.
