How to Sync your C16 Card with HD Player

By default, the HD Player is set to acquire an IP address automatically. To connect the controller to your PC, first connect the controller to your PC (network or direct connection, depending on your setup), then open HD Player.

1) Open HD Player and confirm the card is detected

HD Player main window with the Screen Parameter tab open; the connected device status/indicator is visible near the bottom of the window.

Once HD Player opens, check the bottom corner of the screen. If the C16 card/controller is identified, you’re connected and can proceed.

2) Select the device (first-time setup or if it doesn’t auto-connect)

If you are using the program for the first time, you may receive a prompt to connect the screen. If you do not see a prompt, select the device manually from the device list.

Device list drop-down menu in HD Player; click the device list and select the detected controller/device from the list.

If the device list does not show your controller, you can also search and enter the exact model.
