How to Publish Content on the Sign Via Vnnox

Step 1: Create a Solution

1. Click on the Solutions tab
2. Click Add Solution on the top right
3. Select Regular Solution
   
4. Give your solution a name (e.g., "December Ads")
5. Select the sign player
   • Once the player is selected, the dimensions automatically adjust to your screen size
6. Click OK
   
   

You'll be taken to a new window with all the editing options.

Step 2: Add Text

To add text:

1. Click the Text icon on the top ribbon
   
2. Double-click on the text box and type your message
3. Go to the right side column to:
   • Change background color
     
   • Change text color
     
     
   • Adjust font size
     
     
   • Adjust dynamic display settings
     
4. Scroll down to adjust the duration of how long the text plays on the sign

Step 3: Add Images or Videos

1. On the left side of the screen, click Page
   
2. Click the plus (+) icon to add a new slide/page
   
3. Click on Mixed Media
4. On the left side, select any image or video you previously uploaded
5. Click once on the image or video (do not double-click)
   
   
6. Switch from Page to Media on the left side
7. Click on the file name
8. Go to the right side of the screen and adjust the duration of the image
   
   
   • Note: Video duration adjustment is unavailable (videos play at their original length)

Step 4: Publish to the Sign

1. Once everything is complete, click the Publish button on the top right
   
2. Select the player
3. Publish the text and images to the LED sign
