We offer two field servicing options depending on your sign's location and mounting height:
- Standard Sign Servicing — on-site field troubleshooting for ground-level and easily accessible LED signs
- Elevated Sign Servicing — for LED signs mounted on buildings or tall poles 10 feet or more above ground, requiring additional equipment and safety measures

Standard Sign Servicing
Professional on-site field troubleshooting and servicing for your LED sign, including diagnostics and equipment replacement as needed. Our technician will travel to your location, identify the issue, and perform the necessary repairs to restore your sign to full working condition.
- Minimum charge: $600 (includes the first hour of on-site service)
- Additional time: billed at $140 per hour after the first hour
Elevated Sign Servicing (Tall Poles & High-Mounted Signs)
Specialized on-site field servicing for LED signs mounted on buildings or tall poles at least 10 feet above ground. This service includes field troubleshooting, diagnostics, and equipment replacement, using the additional lift equipment and safety measures required to service signs at height.
- Minimum charge: $1100 (includes the first hour of on-site service)
- Additional time: billed at $240 per hour after the first hour
