Exclusions

• No custom photography or videography (we use provided assets or licensed stock imagery).

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview – Quarterly subscription with no long-term contract, providing flexibility to adjust your design needs.

2. Payment – Due at the start of each subscription period; non-refundable once paid.

3. Cancellation – Can be canceled anytime; however, no cancellations are allowed within 48 hours after payment. If payment was made by credit card, a transaction fee of up to 10% will be deducted from any eligible refund.

4. Design Requests – Ads delivered within 10 business days of content submission; revisions may extend this timeline.

5. Design Ownership – Designs remain the property of LED Sign City until full payment is received.

6. Content Compliance – All submitted content must comply with applicable laws and IP rights; inappropriate content may be rejected.

7. Service Availability – Occasional downtime may occur; we work to resolve issues quickly.

8. Changes to Terms – We may modify terms or pricing, with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle.

9. Liability – Limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the previous three months.

10. Governing Law – Governed by Delaware law; disputes resolved under Texas law.
