Basic Installation Clause:

Our Basic Installation service is designed for straightforward "remove and replace" scenarios where an existing sign structure is being replaced with a new LED sign of similar size. This service includes:

• Removal of the old sign.
• Installation of the new LED sign on the existing wall or pole mount.
• Basic wiring connections to the existing electrical supply.

This service does NOT include:

• Electrical upgrades or modifications. If your existing electrical system requires upgrades to accommodate the new sign, these will be quoted and billed separately.
• Permit processing and application fees. Any permits required for sign installation are the responsibility of the customer, including associated fees.
• Installation on new structures or modifications to existing structures. If a new sign structure needs to be built or the existing structure needs modifications, this will be considered a custom installation and quoted separately.

To qualify for Basic Installation, the following conditions must be met:

• Existing sign structure: A suitable wall or pole mount must be in place and capable of supporting the new LED sign.
• Accessible electrical supply: An appropriate electrical connection point must be readily available near the installation location.
• Sign size: The new LED sign must be of similar dimensions to the existing sign being replaced.

Note: A site survey may be required to determine if your project qualifies for Basic Installation. Our team will assess the existing structure, electrical supply, and other factors to ensure a smooth and successful installation.
