- 3. Resizing for Social Media: The same content designed for your LED sign can be resized for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, helping you maintain a consistent branding message across different channels.
- 4. Quick Turnaround: Receive your initial drafts within 10 business days of submitting your content. Revisions will be handled promptly to meet your needs.
Service Scope:

Terms and Conditions for LED Design Subscription Services
1. Service Overview
By subscribing to our LED Design services, you agree to receive professional design services for creating custom content for your LED sign. This service ensures regular updates, revisions, and creation of engaging, tailored designs to meet your advertising or communication needs.
2. Subscription Model
Our LED Design services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis with no long term contract, providing you with the flexibility to manage your design needs as required.
3. Payment
- The monthly subscription fee will be charged on a recurring basis via the payment method provided during sign-up
- Payments are due at the start of each subscription period and will continue until canceled as outlined below
- No refuQds will be issued for payments that have already been made.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
- If the cancellation request is made after the 48 hour window, you will still be charged for the upcoming billing cycle, and the cancellation will take effect after the next billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for any payments already made, including those for the current or upcoming billing cycle following a late cancellation request.
5. Design Requests
- Once you provide the content for your LED sign, it may take up to 10 busiQess days to receive the ads. This timeline may extend if revisions are required to meet your needs or preferencesP
- We aim to deliver high-quality designs and will work with you to ensure your content meets your expectations.
6. Design Ownership and Rights
- All designs created by our team remain the property of LED Sign City until the subscription fee is fully paid
- You must ensure that any content requests are compliant with legal regulations and do not infringe on third party intellectual property rights
- LED Sign City reserves the right to reject any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of company policies.
7. Service Availability
While we aim to ensure uninterrupted design services, occasional down times may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events. We will work to minimize any disruptions and ensure timely resolution.
8. Changes to Terms and Pricing
LED Sign City reserves the right to modify the terms and pricing of this service. Notifications of any changes will be provided, and the updated terms will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
9. Limitation of Liability
LED Sign City is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the design services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the subscription fees paid in the preceding three (3) months.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. However, any disputes or claims arising from your use of the service will be resolved under the applicable laws of the State of Texas, where we operate.
