Project: Adjusting Sign Center Alignment; Replacing Brightness Sensor
Objective
- Adjust the center alignment of the sign by bringing the two sides closer together.
- Replace the brightness sensor and confirm proper software functionality.
Step 1: Adjusting the Center Alignment

Loosen the Sign on the Brackets
- Loosen the bolts securing the sign on the brackets to create additional space for adjustment.

Remove Modules for Access
- On both sides of the sign, remove two modules from the top and bottom rows to allow space for hand access to the center bolts.

Pass Through & Secure the Center Bolts
- Insert the center bolt through the pre-drilled holes on one side.
- Secure the bolt by fastening the nut on the other side.
- Use the two pre-drilled holes per row as needed to close the gap and achieve proper alignment.
Step 2: Replacing and Testing the Brightness Sensor

Replace the Sensor
- Unplug the old sensor.
- Connect the new sensor securely.

Verify Sensor Connection in Software
- Log into the software installed on the client PC or phone.
- Navigate to Terminal Control > Sensor.
- Check the sensor reading to confirm that it is properly connected.
Final Check
- Ensure the center alignment is secure and stable.
- Confirm that the brightness sensor is functioning correctly in the software.
- Perform a visual inspection to verify all modules are reinstalled properly.
