Project Overview:

LED Sign City will provide a double-sided LED display with an integrated lightbox. The sign will be installed on a single-pole structure, with engineering and permitting to be handled by the customer. LED Sign City will supply illustrations for the proposed design.

• Mounting Plate Approval & Contract Updates
  Illustrations of the mounting plate will be provided for customer review. Upon approval, the contract will be updated to reflect the approved diagrams. The customer reserves the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason prior to shipping.

  Warranty Terms
  The sign includes a 15-year warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. After the first year, coverage decreases by 6% per year.

• Deposit & Refund Policy

  • The initial deposit is 100% refundable.
  • After a 30% deposit has been made, the customer may still request a refund. However, if a lightbox has been ordered, the refund will be issued minus the cost of the lightbox.

 

 

Payment Terms:

1. Initial Deposit: $100 required to proceed. Upon payment, LED Sign City will provide illustrations and required details and assist in completing the permit application.

2. Second Deposit: 30% of the total cost is due after permit approval.
   

3. Final Payment: Remaining balance due before shipping. Shipping may be delayed upon customer request to align with the installation timeline.
   

Total Purchase Price: $71,000 (Including delivery)
