2️⃣ Place Deposit & Receive Demo Unit

You place a fully refundable deposit, and we ship a demo unit tailored to your project specs.
This replaces the traditional site walkthrough or static photos—you get real, hands-on experience with the actual technology in your environment.

3️⃣ Test the Demo & Decide

You test the demo unit in your real-world setting.
If it's not the right fit, we’ll provide a prepaid return label, arrange for pickup, and issue a full refund of your deposit—no risk, no pressure.

4️⃣ Apply Deposit Toward Order & Begin Permitting

If you're satisfied with the demo, your deposit is applied to your final order.
If permits are required, we immediately begin preparing and submitting your application to local authorities.

5️⃣ Permit Approval & Second Deposit

Once permits are approved, you submit the second deposit. At this stage, we begin assembling your final sign.

6️⃣ Final Preview & Confirmation

We conduct a full demonstration of your completed sign, including functionality, brightness, and content playback.

If you’d like to adjust the resolution or configuration, now’s the time. Once approved, your sign is released to our team for installation.

7️⃣ Installation & Final Payment

Our team completes the professional installation of your LED sign.
Once the install is complete and verified, the final balance is paid.
