1. Preparing the LED Sign and Lightbox:
The LED sign is first secured onto a sturdy frame, with a lightbox mounted at the top. This combined structure will eventually be placed on a pole and erected on-site.
2. Site Preparation with a Rock Drill
The installation team begins by digging out the designated location. They use a rock drill machine to break through any asphalt or other hard surfaces.
3. Drilling the Foundation Hole
After the surface is cleared, they proceed by drilling a large hole deep enough to accommodate the supporting pole.
4. Pouring the Cement Foundation
Once the hole is ready, cement is poured in to form a strong base.
5. Placing the Support Pole
The supporting pole is carefully positioned in the wet cement before it hardens, ensuring it remains perfectly vertical.
6. Creating a Level Surface
A sand and cement-based slab is laid around the base to level the immediate area and provide additional stability.
7. Letting the Cement Dry
The cement is left to dry and cure properly, which ensures that the pole is securely anchored.
8. Mounting the Monument Structure
Once the cement is fully set, the monument structure with the LED sign, frame, and lightbox is slid onto the pole and locked into place.
9. Electrical Connection Setup
Finally, the electrical connections are established to power the LED sign and lightbox, making the sign ready for operation.
