Uploading to VNNOX
Follow this quick guide to upload your video and get your content shining bright.
Upload Your Video or Image
Head to the "Content" tab and upload your file.
Supported File Types:
🖼 Images
JPG, PNG, ICO, JPEG, BMP, GIF
🎥 Videos
MP4, AVI, RMVB, MOV, FLV, MKV, WMV
📄 Documents
Word, Excel, PPT, PDF
Add a New Solution
Move to the "Solution" tab and click "+ New Solution."
Pro Tip: In VNNOX, a "Solution" is essentially a playlist — a collection of content items organized to display in sequence on your LED sign.
Name Your Solution
Give your solution a memorable name to keep things organized. Click the "Player" button, select the appropriate player from the list, and click "OK" to confirm.
Select Your Video File
Click the video icon, choose your uploaded video file from Step 2, and click OK.
Link the Video to Your Solution
Click on the file to add it to your solution. Once the video appears on your screen, click the "Publish" button in the top right corner.
Publish to Your Sign
Select your player by clicking the checkbox to the left of its name. Then click the "OK" button in the bottom right corner to publish the video to your sign.
