FAQs & Troubleshooting

Q: How do I know if the antenna was programmed successfully?

After setup, you should see activity in the dashboard. On the physical antenna, the Wi-Fi light and signal bars will be lit up.

Q: What if the antenna is connected but there's no internet signal?

Check that both the Power and LAN lights are on. Confirm the Wi-Fi and Signal lights are also active. If Wi-Fi and signal lights are off, it may not be connected to a network — repeat the setup.

Q: What if there are no lights on the antenna at all?

Make sure the cable is plugged into the WAN/POE port on the antenna and the POE port on the injector. If still no lights, try a different Ethernet cable.
