How to Install Double Sided LED Sign on Dual Poles

This installation approach assumes the use of the existing double-pole multi-tenant sign structure.

The proposed LED sign dimensions are 3 feet high by 7 feet wide.

Sign Configuration

The images below show the front and rear views of the sign cabinet, as well as how two cabinets will be joined together to form a double-sided LED sign.

Installation Strategy (For Review)

The installation strategy shown below illustrates how the LED sign is intended to be supported between the two existing poles using horizontal angle iron.

One horizontal angle iron member will be installed between the two existing poles at the top of the sign opening, aligned with the upper mounting brackets along the top edge of the sign cabinet.

A second horizontal angle iron member will be installed between the two poles at the bottom of the sign opening, aligned with the lower mounting brackets along the bottom edge of the sign cabinet.

Protective trim should be added as needed to shield wiring and prevent exposure to birds or environmental elements.
