One easy way to get content onto your sign is by using a screen capture. Follow these steps to see how you can take an image from your screen and upload it to your LED sign in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Capture Your Content

If you see something on your screen that you want to display on your sign—for example, an image, part of a presentation, or an advertisement—you can take a quick screen capture.

1. Identify the Content: Find the image or text you want to use on your sign. This could be part of a webpage, a graphic, or a presentation.

2. Take a Screenshot: Use your computer’s screenshot tool:

   • On Windows: Press Shift + Windows Key + S and drag to select the area you want to capture.

   • On Mac: Press Command + Shift + 4 and drag to select the area you want to capture.

3. Save the Image: Save the screenshot to a folder on your computer where you can easily locate it later.

Step 2: Open the Sign Software

Our LED signs come with user-friendly software that makes it easy to create, import, and publish content.

1. Launch the Software: Open the software that was provided with your LED sign.

2. Import the Screenshot: Navigate to the file menu and select the option to add or upload a new file. Locate your saved screenshot and upload it into the software.

Step 3: Adjust Your Image
