FAQs & Troubleshooting
- How do I know if the antenna was programmed successfully?
- After setup, you should see activity in the dashboard.
- On the physical antenna, the Wi-Fi light and signal bars will be lit up.
- What if the antenna is connected but there’s no internet signal?
- First, check that both the Power and LAN lights are on.
- Then confirm the Wi-Fi and Signal lights are also active.
- If Wi-Fi and signal lights are off, it may not be connected to a network — repeat the setup or try again near the install site.
- What if there are no lights on the antenna at all?
- Make sure the cable is plugged into the WAN/POE port on the antenna and the POE port on the injector.
- . If you're sure it's correctly connected but still no lights:
- Try a different Ethernet cable and connect it directly from the POE injector to the WAN/POE port on the antenna.
- If the lights come on with the new cable, the original cable was the issue — replace it.
- What if the LAN light is off?
- There may be an issue with the LAN port or POE injector inside the sign.
- Try using a different LAN cable or test the POE injector by connecting it to a known-good network source.
- If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.
