• Commission: Affiliates earn 10% of the sign cost, up to $2,500 per referral. Commission is calculated only on the cost of the sign and does not include installation or related services.

• No Limits: There is no cap on the number of referral bonuses affiliates can achieve per year.

  • Provide customers with a direct purchase link to buy at retail pricing.

  • Offer installation services to their customers for additional revenue.

Affiliate Requirements

To qualify as an affiliate, companies must:

• Be familiar with digital signage solutions.

• Receive frequent customer requests for digital signage (a few per year).

• Have the capacity to integrate LED signage solutions into their service offerings.

Key Features for Affiliates

1. First Purchase Return Policy: Affiliates can purchase a sign for their customer and return it within 30 days if the customer is unsatisfied. This is only available for the first purchase to help affiliates familiarize themselves with our products.

2. Demo Sign Option:

   • Available sizes range from 1’ x 2’ to 2’ x 3’ (larger sizes considered upon request).

   • Portable, low power consumption signs are ideal for demonstrations.

   • Demo signs provide an easy way to showcase LED sign functionality to potential customers.

   • Affiliates can purchase a demo sign and will receive a credit for the demo sign’s cost after their fourth successful referral.

3. Warranty and Support:

   • Parts Warranty: Signs come with replacement parts included at the time of purchase. If repairs are needed, parts can be swapped out, and defective parts returned for repair.

   • Resolution and Brightness Guarantee: Customers can upgrade to a higher resolution or brightness model within 12 months of purchase by paying the difference.

   • Customer Support: Affiliates can choose to provide customer service or leverage LED Sign City’s support team. If the customer uses our installation services, we handle all labor warranty claims.

• Use the affiliate account to create quotes directly on our website.

• Quotes include:

  • DIY or turnkey project pricing.

  • Single-sided or double-sided options.

  • Additional features like custom light boxes.

  • Commercial or residential brightness levels.

  • Resolution options (Spotlight, Beacon, Beacon HD).

• Provide the quote to the customer with a transaction number for easy referral tracking.

• Affiliates have up to 30 days post-purchase to confirm a referral.

• Weekly Updates: Customers receive automatic updates on the production status of their orders.
