To better connect with commuters and keep customers informed about events and offerings, Foyt Winery and Museum is installing a new monument sign near US-290 highway in Fredericksburg, TX. This custom structure will be designed to support both static and digital signage, delivering impactful communication to wine enthusiasts and motorsports fans traveling this popular route.
Proposed Sign Options
We are assisting Foyt Winery and Museum in selecting between two monument sign configurations, both designed to maximize visibility for travelers on US-290. Each option combines digital LED technology with traditional illuminated signage for optimal impact.
Option 1:
4-feet high by 5-feet wide double-sided LED sign with 2-feet by 6-feet internally illuminated name panel
Option 2:
5-feet high by 8-feet wide double-sided LED sign with 3-feet by 9-feet internally illuminated name panel
Option 3:
8-feet high by 10-feet wide double-sided LED sign with 3-feet by 11-feet internally illuminated name panel

- Beacon HD: Provides more than double the pixels of the Spotlight, delivering the highest resolution.

Brightness Adjustment
A common question is whether the sign can be dimmed. In mixed-use community areas, it's important to know that the sign includes a brightness sensor that automatically adjusts the brightness to suitable levels based on the time of day.
Manual Control
Additionally, brightness adjustments can be made manually if required. This way, the business can manually schedule the brightness of the sign in accordance with the DarkSky guidelines.
