Corner-Mounted Double Sided LED Sign

Install a double-sided corner-mounted LED sign upgrade, with two 3' × 21' single-sided LED displays arranged in a V-shape meeting at the corner of the building, alongside two non-illuminated static signs. The new signs replace the existing outdated corner displays while maintaining the same position for maximum visibility from the freeway in both directions.

4) Wiring Specifications: How to Connect the Sign

Electrical Recommendations

  • 4 circuits at 20 amps per side, for a total of 8 for the double-sided sign. Circuits must not be shared and must not be on a timer.
  • An indoor disconnect switch is recommended to allow power to be safely cut in the event of an emergency or extreme weather.
  • The power connection point should be within 5 feet of the sign to accommodate the sign's onboard cables. Running power to that point — whether from a breaker panel, conduit, or junction box — is outside the scope of installation and should be handled by a licensed electrician.
