18 Builders LLC is modernizing their roadside presence with a clean, high-visibility digital upgrade. The project replaces a static sign face with a double-sided LED Electronic Message Center (EMC) mounted between the existing two poles.

A common question is whether the sign can be dimmed. In mixed-use community areas, it's important to know that the sign includes a brightness sensor that automatically adjusts the brightness to suitable levels based on the time of day.

Additionally, brightness adjustments can be made manually if required. This way, the business can manually schedule the brightness of the sign in accordance with the DarkSky guidelines.
