Lighting the Way: A New Sign for Texas Baptist Children’s Home
Texas Baptist Children’s Home has been a beacon of care and compassion in Central Texas for over 70 years. As their outreach and programs grow, so does the need for clear, timely communication. Our team at LED Sign City partnered with TBCH to design a beautiful new LED display that reflects their mission and helps them share updates, inspire their community, and promote events with ease.
This signage demo showcases the transformation from their aging manual letter board to a modern, full-color LED sign built for visibility, flexibility, and durability
Current Sign
The current sign, though functional, presents significant limitations:
-
No illumination for nighttime visibility
-
Minimal branding impact on passersby
While it once served the home well, this type of signage no longer matches the pace or professionalism of a mission-driven organization in the digital age.
Site Image
Texas Baptist Children’s Home is located on a campus with open frontage and steady vehicle traffic. This makes it a perfect candidate for a pole-mounted digital sign that can be seen clearly from the street, even at a distance or in motion. The existing concrete base will allow for secure installation while the surrounding space enhances visibility.
Proposed Sign
A full-color LED display paired with a static branded header. This layout combines heritage with high-impact digital messaging.
The proposed sign features:
-
A brilliant outdoor LED display, readable in full daylight
-
Remote programming for real-time updates
-
Custom messaging to promote events, milestones, and mission moments
-
A durable, powder-coated structure designed for years of reliable service
This model balances classic branding (via the static cabinet) with digital flexibility, allowing the home to communicate with staff, families, donors, and the community more effectively than ever before.
This proposed signage upgrade is more than just an aesthetic improvement—it’s a communication tool, a branding asset, and a way for Texas Baptist Children’s Home to further connect with the community it serves.
Whether sharing encouraging messages, promoting family events, or thanking donors, this sign gives the organization a voice that shines day and night.
