Suspended Cabinet 2x3 LED Sign Installation in Duncanville, PA

1) Current Site Conditions

• Existing sign type: Suspended cabinet static sign

• Environment: Outdoor, visible from the main road

Mounting location:   200 Plank Rd, Duncansville, PA 16635, USA

 

2) Scope of Work A. Site Survey

• Assess mounting conditions, pole dimensions, and electrical access

• Document measurements and provide recommendations for installation logistics

B. Permitting & Compliance

• Obtain all required local sign and electrical permits

• Coordinate stamped engineered drawings if required by jurisdiction or site conditions

C. Fabrication & Installation

 

• Fabricate a 2 ft × 3 ft single-sided lightbox sign to replace the existing AAA Approved sign on the current pole structure.
• Remove the existing AAA sign and install the new lightbox securely in its place using appropriate mounting hardware and brackets for stability and alignment.
• Perform light fabrication or bracket modifications as necessary to ensure a safe and proper fit onto the existing pole structure.
• Verify electrical access and junction box location to confirm power availability for the new lightbox.
• Coordinate with an electrician as needed for disconnect switch placement or wiring adjustments to meet electrical and code requirements.
• Complete the final electrical connection and test the illumination to ensure proper functionality of the newly installed lightbox sign.

 

3) Scope Limitations (Excluded)

• Sign content setup, programming, or software configuration

• Running new electrical circuits or feeders

• Panel upgrades or other upstream electrical work beyond the final connection point
