Project Brief of Twin Lakes
This project involves the installation of three LED signs at different locations within Twin Lakes. Each sign has unique specifications and structural requirements tailored to its location and visibility needs.
Sign 1 and 2: 10x20 ft LED Signs
1. Address and Jurisdiction
Purpose: The exact address determines which jurisdiction’s permit regulations apply (county or town).

Purpose: Helps gauge the sign’s footprint for permit compliance and structural support requirements.

Purpose: Identifies the sign’s distance from the road, impacting resolution and ROW compliance.
6. Electrical Information (Photos of Nearest Power Breaker)
Purpose: Ensures the site’s power setup meets the new sign’s needs or highlights the need for upgrades.

7. Additional Features
Purpose: Extra elements, such as a lightbox or static text, impact cost and aesthetic preferences. Configuration can include a 60% changeable content area and 40% static.
