Mounting Example
The sign will come with L brackets, allowing for a straightforward bolt-to-wall installation.
In some cases, the installer may need to add angle iron supports or framing to position and secure the sign, depending on the weight of the sign, wall structure, and surface material.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Will the installer need to fabricate the sign cabinets?
A: No. The sign cabinets are pre-built and shipped ready for installation—no cabinet fabrication is required by the installer.
Q: How will the sign be mounted on the wall?
A: The sign includes mounting brackets to allow for easy wall attachment. In some cases, installers may choose to add angle iron to support the sign on the wall, depending on the weight, surface, and structure.
Q: Will the installer be responsible for software setup or programming the sign?
A: No. Software setup is handled by our support team.
Q: What coordination is expected with the on-site electrician?
A: The installer should coordinate with the electrician to ensure a physical power switch is installed indoors for safe operation and access.
Q: Will assembly and wiring instructions be provided?
A: Yes. The installer will receive assembly and wiring documentation before installation.
Q: What coordination is expected with the on-site electrician?
A: As the installer, you’ll need to review the power setup with the on-site electrician before installation begins, especially since the sign requires high amperage (98.5 AMPS @ 110V or 49.2 AMPS @ 220V).
Here’s what’s expected from you:
-
Review Junction Box Location:
Confirm with the electrician where the J-box will be placed. Ideally, it should be as close as possible to the mounting location to make the final connection simple and safe. -
Discuss Workarounds If Needed:
If the J-box isn’t located near the sign, work with the electrician to determine a suitable workaround—such as installing conduit or adjusting routing— but do not attempt to move or install the J-box yourself. -
Coordinate Power Switch Placement:
Ensure the electrician installs a physical disconnect switch indoors, so the customer can easily power the sign on or off for maintenance or troubleshooting. -
Final Connection:
Your responsibility is to connect the sign's wiring to the J-box—nothing more. All wiring upstream of the J-box, including breakers, and panels, must be handled by the licensed electrician.
