1. Project Summary
LED Sign City is requesting itemized bids from qualified contractors for the replacement and installation of one (1) commercial-grade, double-sided LED sign mounted on an existing monument located in Manning, South Carolina. The sign will be used for dynamic advertising and community messaging, enhancing visibility from a major highway corridor.
The sign will be installed at the following location:

The LED display will measure 2 feet high x 5 feet wide, mounted to an existing monument structure. Contractors must conduct site assessments, handle permitting if required, and coordinate necessary engineering documents. Electrical connection must be made to an existing junction box, in collaboration with the site’s licensed electrician.
2. Contractor Requirements
To qualify, contractors must:

Be licensed in the State of South Carolina for commercial signage or general contracting work.

4. Scope of Work
The selected contractor will:

Conduct Site Survey
- Inspect the existing monument structure and verify accessibility to electrical connections.
- Assess conditions for removal of existing signage.

Engineering & Permits

Coordinate with engineers to verify structural compatibility for mounting (if necessary).

Acquire all required local permits for signage and electrical work.

Coordinate or supply stamped engineered drawings if required by local authorities.

Fabrication & Installation
- Fabricate and install a new lightbox measuring 2 ft (H) × 5 ft (W).
- Remove the existing non-illuminated static sign and the changeable copy sign from the structure.
- Replace and mount one (1) double-sided LED sign using the provided mounting hardware.
- Complete all necessary fitment adjustments and bracket modifications to ensure a secure installation.

- Work with the on-site electrician to connect the LED sign to the existing junction box..
