- The total area of the digital sign on the roof must not exceed 25% of the overall area of each façade.

- The digital sign can be placed no higher than 10 feet above the roof height, measured from the intersection of the roof and the lowest point of the sign, sign structure, or point of attachment.

- The digital sign may cover a maximum of 50% of the total area allowed by the relevant regulations, and it cannot exceed 50 square feet in total area.

Density:
- Only one digital sign is permitted per 100 feet of street frontage.

Zoning Requirements:
- Digital signs on roofs are allowed only in nonresidential zones.

Motion Limitation:
- The digital sign may not display any motions or animations other than the changing of messages.

Hold Duration:
- Each message displayed on the digital sign must remain static for a minimum of 8 seconds before changing.

- The illumination of the digital sign must comply with the illumination standards specified in the MLUDC 15.825.100.
