Flag-Style 6.3 Feet High and 5.3 Feet Wide LED Sign Installation on Single-Pole in Emporia, KS

1) Current Site Conditions

• Existing sign type: Flag-style, single-pole static sign

• Environment: Outdoor, visible from the main road

• Mounting location: Existing pole at 127 W 6th Ave, Emporia, KS 66801

2) Scope of Work

A. Site Survey

• Assess mounting conditions, pole dimensions, and electrical access

• Document measurements and provide recommendations for installation logistics

B. Permitting & Compliance

• Obtain all required local sign and electrical permits

• Coordinate stamped engineered drawings if required by jurisdiction or site conditions

C. Fabrication & Installation

• Fabricate a 2 ft × 5 ft double-sided lightbox and install it above the LED sign on the existing pole

• Mount the 6.3 feet X 5.3 feet double-sided LED sign with the provided hardware; ensure plumb/alignment

• Perform light fabrication/bracket modification/reinforcement as needed for safe fitment

• Verify junction box location and accessibility

• Coordinate indoor disconnect switch placement with electrician (if required)

• Complete final electrical connection between LED sign and the existing, pre-installed junction box

• Sign content setup, programming, or software configuration

• Running new electrical circuits or feeders

• Panel upgrades or other upstream electrical work beyond the final connection point
