1. Project Summary
LED Sign City is requesting itemized bids from licensed contractors for the fabrication and installation of a new brick monument sign with an integrated commercial-grade, double-sided LED display
The project involves the construction of a new brick monument measuring 11 feet wide by 6 feet high (from the ground), into which a double-sided LED display measuring 4 feet high by 8 feet wide (48" x 96") will be seamlessly integrated.
Contractors will be responsible for conducting a site survey, obtaining any required local permits, and coordinating stamped engineered drawings if applicable. The scope includes all necessary electrical connections for the LED sign within the monument structure, connecting to a point specified by the client's electrician.
2. Contractor Requirements
To be eligible for this opportunity, contractors must:

4. Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the following:

Conduct a site survey to assess ground conditions, electrical access, and installation logistics.

Obtain all necessary local permits related to the monument and sign installation.

Coordinate stamped engineered drawings, if required by local code or site conditions.

Excavate and pour foundation for the new brick monument.

Construct the new brick monument (dimensions: 11 feet wide x 6 feet high from the ground), ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic alignment with the Group's branding.

Integrate the provided double-sided LED sign into the monument structure, ensuring proper fitment, secure attachment, and protection from elements.

Perform any necessary internal electrical rough-in within the monument for the LED sign.

Make the final electrical connection between the LED sign and the main power source, as coordinated with the client's electrician.
5. Scope Limitations
The following items are not included in the contractor’s scope:

Sign content setup, programming, or software configuration.

Running or installing new primary electrical service to the monument location.

Any upstream electrical work beyond the final connection point within or at the base of the monument.
6. LED Sign Specifications
The LED display to be installed is a double-sided, commercial-grade outdoor unit designed for monument integration. All major sign components and standard mounting hardware will be provided by LED Sign City. The signs will be delivered to the site prior to installation.
