LED Sign Cover Installation Guide
Installation Instructions
View from the back of the sign.
Step 1 – Remove Top Pins

Locate and remove the pins along the top of the sign.

Step 2 – Install Edge Brackets

Install the edge brackets on the two outside corners (or all four corners, if possible).

For side-mounted signs, you may need to substitute the inside bracket with a U-shaped bracket at the edges to allow side mounts to pass through. Alternatively, reposition the support beams to a lower point.
2-01 Align the bracket with the pre-drilled holes and secure it to the sign.
2-01-3 Use a right-angled socket to tighten the bracket securely to the corner.
Step 2.1 – Install U-Shaped Brackets

Place the U-shaped brackets in the middle, where two cabinets meet.
2-12 Install brackets around the entire perimeter of the sign.
2-12-2 Secure with two bolts.
2-12-3 Tighten the bolts using a right-angled socket.
Step 3 – Continue Perimeter Bracket Installation

Complete the installation of brackets around the perimeter of the sign.
Step 4 – Install Covers

Attach the covers around the edges by screwing them into the brackets and the existing holes on the sign.

Some adjustment may be required, as the holes in your design may differ slightly from the test panel used.

Important: Any modifications should be made to the covers, not the signs. Do not drill new holes into the sign’s structure.

Extra holes may exist in the covers. Use only those needed to achieve a secure fit.
Step 5 – Install Side & Back Covers

Install the side covers.

Install the back cover to complete the assembly.
