      FAQs & Troubleshooting

      1. How do I know if the antenna was programmed successfully?
        1. After setup, you should see activity in the dashboard.
        2. On the physical antenna, the Wi-Fi light and signal bars will be lit up.
      2. What if the antenna is connected but there’s no internet signal?
        1. First, check that both the Power and LAN lights are on.
        2. Then confirm the Wi-Fi and Signal lights are also active.
        3. If Wi-Fi and signal lights are off, it may not be connected to a network — repeat the setup or try again near the installation site.
      3. What if there are no lights on the antenna at all?
        1. Make sure the cable is plugged into the WAN/POE port on the antenna and the POE port on the injector.
        2. . If you're sure it's correctly connected but still no lights:
          1. Try a different Ethernet cable and connect it directly from the POE injector to the WAN/POE port on the antenna.
          2. If the lights come on with the new cable, the original cable was the issue — replace it.
      4. What if the LAN light is off?
        1. There may be an issue with the LAN port or POE injector inside the sign.
        2. Try using a different LAN cable or test the POE injector by connecting it to a known-good network source.
        3. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.
