LED OK is a local system installed on your mobile device, PC, or Mac that allows you to update your taxi top sign locally. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps of updating your sign’s firmware to ensure compatibility with the latest LED OK express.

1. What is LED OK Express?
LED OK is a locally installed app that lets you manage your taxi top sign onsite. Unlike TaxiAPP, which operates via cloud servers, LED OK is a system that operates offline, requiring a direct connection to your sign.

2. Why Update the Firmware for LED OK Express?
Keeping your firmware up to date ensures that your sign runs the latest version of LED OK, allowing for smoother operation and compatibility with new features. Firmware updates also fix bugs and improve the overall performance of your sign.

3. Steps to Update LED OK Firmware

1. Connect to Your Sign's Wi-Fi
   Open your device’s Wi-Fi settings and connect to the sign’s network.
   Enter the password 12345678 (or your custom password).

2. Open LED OK Express
   Launch the LED OK Express app on your device, then hit Refresh to connect to your player.

3. Enter Advanced Mode
   Go to Terminal Control, select Advanced, and enter the password 888.

4. Uninstall the Current Firmware
   In Firmware Management, select the sign's IP address.
   If the previous update was for the TaxiAPP, ensure net.sysolution.taxiapp is selected and uninstall it.
   If you're currently using LED OK, ensure com.XIXUN.XIXUNPLAYER is selected and uninstall that firmware.

5. Install the New Firmware
   Once the uninstall is complete, go to the top left corner and select APK.
   Search for the firmware file (downloaded from the link above), open it, and begin the upgrade process.

4. Important Note: Image Limitations Based on Firmware
As with TaxiAPP, depending on the firmware version installed, you may not be able to change images on the sign. Ensure that the correct firmware version is installed to avoid limitations.
