When your LED sign’s time is off, it can impact scheduling and the accuracy of displayed information. In this guide, we’ll show you how to adjust the time settings in ViPlex Handy to keep your LED sign’s clock accurate and add the clock to your ads.

1. Connecting to Your LED Sign

Before you begin adjusting the time on your LED sign, ensure that you are connected to the display. Changing the time settings requires an active connection to your LED sign.

2. Accessing the Date and Time Settings

Once your LED sign is connected:

• Tap on the Screen Management option in the main menu.
  
• From there, select Date and Time to access the time adjustment settings.
  

3. Configuring the Time Zone and NTP Server

Now that you’re in the Date and Time settings:

• Ensure the NTP Server is set to American for accurate synchronization.
• Choose the correct Time Zone for your location to match your local time.
• The correct time will automatically display below the time zone settings.
  

4. Saving the Settings

After confirming the time and settings:

• Tap OK to save your changes.
• Verify that your LED sign now displays the correct time.
  

5. Adding the Clock to Ads

To add the clock to your ads:
