1. Accessing Solution Management

To begin publishing messages:

• Open ViPlex Handy and go to Solution Management. This section allows you to publish and edit solutions for your LED sign.

2. Managing Solutions

Once you're in Solution Management:

• You’ll see the Solution Page, where you can manage your solutions. You can either add a New Solution or edit an existing one based on your needs.

3. Creating a New Solution

When creating a new solution:

• Make sure that the solution settings match the correct specifications for your LED sign, such as the dimensions and display parameters.

4. Editing Your Solution

To add messages to your solution:

• At the bottom of the app, you will see various tools to edit your solution. Click on the Text Box tool to start adding messages to your solution.

5. Customizing and Publishing Messages

Once you've added the text box:

• Customize your message using the following options:

  • Text: Enter your message.
  • Font Size: Adjust the size of your text.
  • Font Color: Choose the color of the text.
  • Text Alignment: Center your text or align it as needed.
  • Playback Duration: Set how long the message will be displayed.
  • Effects: Add visual effects to the message.
  • Window Color: Choose the color of the text window.
  • Text Background Color: Set the background color for the text.
  • Character Spacing: Adjust the spacing between characters.
  • Line Spacing: Modify the space between lines of text.
  • Top/Bottom Offset: Adjust the position of the text within the display window.
  • Delete: Remove any unwanted elements.
