Publishing images and videos on your LED sign using ViPlex Handy is a straightforward process that allows you to manage and edit your content quickly. This guide will walk you through the steps to create and publish images and videos to your sign.

1. Accessing Solution Management

To begin publishing messages:

• Open ViPlex Handy on your device.
• Navigate to Solution Management. This section allows you to manage all the content that will be displayed on your LED sign, including adding new images, editing existing ones, or scheduling solutions to display at specific times.

2. Managing Solutions

• Once you're in Solution Management, you’ll see the Solution Page, where all your existing solutions are listed. Here, you can either add a New Solution if you want to create a new message or select an existing solution if you just need to make edits.
• Each solution corresponds to a specific type of content that will be displayed on your sign. Carefully manage these to ensure all your messages and displays are up-to-date.

3. Creating a New Solution

• Select Create New Solution. You will be prompted to enter key details such as the name of the solution and the type of content it will display (text, image, video).
• Ensure that the display settings, such as screen dimensions, resolution, and brightness, match the specifications of your LED sign. Setting these correctly is crucial for optimal display quality.

4. Editing Your Solution

• At the bottom of the app, you’ll find various tools to modify your solution. Click on the Media tool to add content such as text, images, or video to your solution.
• When adding images or videos, select the relevant media files from your device. Make sure to preview the content to confirm it fits your display size and appears as desired.

5. Saving and Publishing

• Click the Save button at the top right corner. You will receive a confirmation popup stating that the solution has been saved.
• After saving, select the LED sign (device) that you want to publish the solution to. Make sure the device is connected and ready to receive updates.
• Click the Publish button. ViPlex Handy will upload your solution to the selected device.

• A progress bar will appear, showing the status of the publishing process. Once it is complete, a message saying "Done" will confirm that the solution has been successfully published.
