1. Confirm Network Broadcast

Stand below the sign and check the Wi-Fi options on your cellphone or device. If the Sign City Network is listed, this confirms the antenna is broadcasting a signal.

If the network isn’t listed, additional troubleshooting will be required.

2. Log Into the Network

To connect to the Sign City Network:

• Select Sign City Network from your Wi-Fi options.
• Enter the default password: Signcity123 (or use the updated password if you’ve changed it).
• Wait for the connection to establish.

3. Test Internet Connectivity

After connecting to the network:

• Open a web browser on your device.
• Attempt to load a website.
• Successful access confirms the network is providing internet connectivity.

If the Sign City Network doesn’t appear, or you’re unable to connect or browse the internet, you may need a new antenna. If you have 4G antenna, renew the subscription service.
