Powering Off and Accessing the Controller

Remember to power off the sign before changing the TB2 controller. 

Module Removal Guide

Before you can reset the controller, you’ll need to access it by removing the module that covers it. The controller is located at the bottom left of the sign. For this sign, it is located in J3.

Disconnecting the Controller

Once the module is unscrewed, set it aside. Now take out the cables that connect to the controller. Unscrew the antenna. Unscrew the screws and take out the controller card. Disconnect the final cable that connects to the control card from the inside.

Replacing the Control Card

Replace the control card with the new control card, and plug in the cable from the inside, then screw the control card back.

Reassembling the Modules

Put back on the modules.
