Starting a Solution
To begin, you need to be in the solution for your sign. You can either create a new solution or work within an existing one.
Once you're in the correct solution, look at the top bar. You will see a weather icon that you can click on. This opens the weather widget properties where you can customize various settings for how the weather will be displayed on your sign.
Customizing the Weather Widget
In the widget properties, you can adjust the following options:
- Area: Change the area displayed on the widget.
- Media Name: Customize the media name shown.
- Location: Set the location for the weather data.
- Weather: Display weather conditions such as sunny, cloudy, etc.
- Wind: Show the wind speed and direction.
- Current Temperature: Choose to display the current temperature.
- Temperature: Set the temperature units (Fahrenheit or Celsius).
- Humidity: Display the humidity level.
- Fahrenheit/Celsius: Choose between Fahrenheit or Celsius for temperature units.
- Display Style: Customize the overall display style of the weather widget.
- Font: Choose the font used for the text on the widget.
- Font Size: Adjust the font size for better readability.
- Refresh Cycle: Set how often the weather information refreshes.
- Playback Duration: Customize how long the weather information stays on screen before moving to the next content.
When done adjusting the widget properties, click on the arrow to publish the solution.
