✅ 1. Copy Sample Content from Existing Customer Page

  • Copy the content from the "Intro" section down to the "EMC Sign Details" table.

    • This includes:
      Intro → Current Sign → Proposed Sign → EMC Sign Details

🤖 2. Use Generative AI to Create New Content

Paste the copied sample and give AI the following instruction:

Prompt Template:

  • Generate similar content for a new project. The name of the organization is XYZ and it is located at [Insert Full Address].
  • The current state of the outdoor signage is the follwing [describe it in as much detail as possible].

    • If there is no existing sign, say: “The organization currently has no signage.”

    • If there is a digital  sign, say: “The new LED sign will offer higher resolution.”

    • If the existing sign is smaller, say: “The new sign will be larger in size.”

  • The new LED sign dimensions are [insert width x height in feet].

Let AI generate the content based on these prompts. Once it’s complete, read through and proofread for:

  • Overly exaggerated claims

  • Factual accuracy

  • Typos or formatting issues

🧾 3. Paste the New Content into Shopify

Go to the Shopify admin dashboard and open the project page you want to edit.

Paste the AI-generated content into the following sections:

  • Intro

  • Current Sign

  • Proposed Sign

🔧 4. Add Custom HTML 

  1. Switch to the HTML editor in the Shopify text box (click <> or "Show HTML").

  2. Scroll down to the end of the HTML content.

🔍 5. Add EMC Sign Details

  1. Visit the LED Sign City website.

  2. Search for “BYOS Formula” in the search bar.

  3. Enter the dimensions of the new sign.

  4. Copy the EMC Sign Details table/data generated by the formula.

  5. Paste this data directly under the “EMC Sign Details” section of the project page.

📐 6. Add Relevant Display Drawing of the EMC Sign

  1. Use the search bar on the LED Sign City website to search for the sign dimensions (e.g., 3x5, 4x8, etc.).

  2. Scroll down to the Technical Specifications section.

  3. Copy the relevant front-facing image (not the cabinet view or the side view).

  4. Paste the image below the EMC Signage Details on the project page.

✅ Final Checklist Before Publishing:

  • Is the intro clear and engaging?

  • Does the current sign description match the reality (or note that no sign exists)?

  • Is the proposed sign clearly defined with dimensions and purpose?

  • Have EMC and technical specs been added accurately?
