- Remote Troubleshooting: Send us photos of the sign’s status, and our team will provide guidance on resolving the issue.
- Accessing the Sign: For signs installed at ground level, maintenance is straightforward. For elevated signs or those requiring special equipment, we recommend scheduling a troubleshooting session with our team before engaging outside help.
- External Repair Companies: Using an outside company for repairs won’t void your warranty. However, for efficiency, we recommend consulting our team first to identify the issue before seeking external labor.
