Installation Overview: Adding Two 2x6 LED Signs Above an Existing Lightbox
This installation involves mounting two 2' x 6' LED signs on both sides of an existing single-pole lightbox. To achieve this, an additional match plate will be attached to the top of the existing pole, allowing for a vertical pole extension. Support beams will be welded to the extended poles and span across to provide a stable mounting structure for the LED signs. This ensures balanced weight distribution and structural integrity while maximizing visibility.
Customers must ensure that the existing pole can support the added weight and consult an engineer if required by local regulations.
