Project Description for Twin Lakes LED Signage Installation
Objective:
Following a three-year renovation, Twin Lakes is enhancing its public visibility with new LED signage. The aim is to attract both highway and local traffic in anticipation of the grand reopening. This project includes the installation of two digital LED signs by LED Sign City, each customized for high visibility and compliance with local jurisdiction requirements.
The primary signage comprises a 10x20 ft LED sign visible from major highways. This sign will be either a double-sided configuration on a single structure or two separate single-sided installations, depending on which option offers the best visibility. The secondary sign, a smaller 3x5 ft LED display, will be located at ground level on NE 63rd St. This positioning will enhance visibility for nearby local traffic and serve as an inviting visual at the property’s entrance.
LED Sign City will handle all aspects of the installation process, from acquiring necessary permits to constructing and installing the structures, ensuring a stable, compliant, and visually appealing result.

1. Project Overview
Twin Lakes is reestablishing its brand presence following a significant renovation period. The signage will support this effort by maximizing visibility and drawing in new and returning customers. LED Sign City has been commissioned to manage the end-to-end process, ensuring the installations align with regulatory, aesthetic, and structural standards.
2. Sign Specifications and Requirements
For the primary signage, a 10x20 ft LED sign will be positioned along two major highways, I-44 and I-35, providing significant reach to passing traffic. The sign configuration will be either one double-sided sign or two separate single-sided signs, based on visibility assessments. Each structure will stand 20 feet high, with steel material ensuring durability. Right of Way (ROW) compliance, power source access, and electrical needs (172 AMPS@110V or 86 AMPS@220V per side, max consumption of 19,000 watts) will be addressed to meet location-specific requirements.
The secondary 3x5 ft LED sign will be placed 6 feet above ground along NE 63rd St. Cedar timber will provide a natural look suitable for ground-level placement. ROW distance and electrical needs (12 AMPS@110V or 6 AMPS@220V per side, max consumption of 1,425 watts) will be confirmed, and the condition of any existing frames will be assessed for compatibility.
3. Permitting and Compliance Requirements
Permitting for each sign will be secured in accordance with local jurisdictional codes. Addresses and jurisdiction details will determine specific requirements and compliance standards, covering height, ROW, and structural specifications. The estimated approval timeline will be coordinated to align with the construction and installation schedule.
4. Installation Guidelines
The installation process will adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards, with detailed guidelines for structural assembly, foundation preparation, and electrical setup. Regular quality assurance checks will ensure each installation meets Twin Lakes' specifications and durability expectations.
5. Project Timeline
The installation will follow a structured timeline, with key milestones for permitting, construction, and quality checks. Each stage will align with Twin Lakes’ goal to have signage in place for the reopening event.
LED Sign City values transparent communication and partnership on each project phase. Twin Lakes will have regular opportunities for review and feedback, ensuring that the signage reflects their vision and operational needs. Any adjustments or additional features will be handled promptly to maintain project momentum.
